A seamless solid epoxy floor over a moisture vapour barrier across 10,000+ sq ft of production, packaging and dishwashing space in Richmond.
TRIUMF
Wet ground concrete prep and a seamless grey two coat epoxy floor with a four inch trowelled cove at Canada’s national particle accelerator centre.
BC Ferries
A 100% solids two coat epoxy system over prepared concrete, delivered as a coating subcontractor to the Bird Construction Group.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take on projects as a subcontractor?
Yes. The BC Ferries floor was delivered as a coating subcontractor to a general contractor, and we work with builders and property managers on commercial jobs.
Can you recoat a floor that is already failing?
Often, yes. The Jingle Bao kitchen and the Sky Helicopters hangar were both installed over prepared existing floors. We assess the old coating first and grind it off where it will not hold.
How do you handle moisture in the slab?
We moisture test before quoting. Where a slab reads high, as it did at Herbaland and Jingle Bao, we install a vapour barrier under the system.
