Who Epoxy Experts Has Installed Floors For

Epoxy Experts has installed floors for the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, TRIUMF, BC Ferries, Costco Wholesale, Aberdeen Centre, Herbaland, Onni Group, Sky Helicopters, Ennis Fabrics, Bird and 1010 Tires.

General Contractors We Work With

General contractors bring us in as the coating subcontractor on parkade, warehouse and institutional packages across the Lower Mainland. That includes Bird Construction Group, Snowdon Construction, Coast Construction, Barstow Construction and MP Construction. Work delivered through a general contractor carries its own demands around scheduling, protecting adjacent trades and holding the project timeline, and a large part of what a commercial client pays for is that coordination.

Restaurants, Retail and Hospitality

We have coated kitchen and service floors for Jingle Bao, Chong Lee Market, Dairy Plus and the Costco location on Expo Boulevard in downtown Vancouver.

Institutions and Research

TRIUMF, Canada’s national particle accelerator centre at 4004 Wesbrook Mall, came to us for a seamless grey epoxy floor with a four inch trowelled cove. BAPS, Brightside and Latimer Heights are among the institutional and residential developments we have worked on across Metro Vancouver.

What These Projects Have in Common

Each of these floors went down over concrete we prepared ourselves, using systems chosen for the specific demands of the space rather than a single house product applied everywhere. Read the full write-ups on our projects page, covering the systems, the square footage and the constraints on each job.
